KNSC Jackrabbits & Track Attack

Jackrabbits and Track Attack are fun, learn-to-ski programs for children aged 5 through 12. The programs run on Saturday afternoons beginning on January 9, 2010 through to March 6, 2010.
We will again be running the Jackrabbit program for kids aged 5-9 and Track Attack program for 10-12 year olds. Both programs are designed and supported by Cross Country Canada.
Each session is two hours in length; taught by friendly, skilled instructors; and includes a fifteen minute break at approximately the mid-point of the session. Lessons will vary according to age and skill level with an emphasis on having an enjoyable experience on skis. The Track Attack program is more advanced, focusing on skills refinement.

The Jackrabbit Program: A National Initiative
The Jackrabbit Program is a nation-wide initiative that is part of Cross Country Canada's skill development program for children. An award system is used to help young, novice skiers keep track of their development progress. The primary aim is to develop skiers' technique, fitness, and speed in a fun, safe, outdoor environment.
